Our commitments to content safety

Every story and every illustration follows a framework of strict rules.

Age-appropriate

Length, vocabulary, complexity and themes adapt to the stated age, from toddlers to adults. A story for a 4-year-old looks nothing like one for a teenager.

No inappropriate content

Any violent, hateful or unsuitable content is removed. Story safety comes first, without exception.

Controlled illustrations

Images remain consistent from chapter to chapter, characters stay recognisable, and the result is always appropriate for the reader's age.

You stay in control

You set the age and characters, and you can edit or delete your data at any time.

Concretely, what changes by age?

The same universe is not told the same way for a child, a teen or an adult.

Children (3-11)
Simple vocabulary and light adventures. If a weapon appears, it stays harmless and stylised: a wooden sword, never a realistic weapon. No frightening or violent scenes.
Teens (12-17)
Stronger stakes and more immersive stories. Period-appropriate weapons consistent with the universe are possible, but always without any graphic detail.
Adults (18+)
A more mature tone and deeper narrative, without explicit gore or gratuitousness. Consistency and quality remain the rule.

The text is crafted to be appropriate for the age, the right length, and free of anything that has no place in a children's book. The illustrations follow the same standard, remaining consistent from one chapter to the next and always appropriate.
